  • Mix: 500ml Cottage Cheese (fat free)​
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • |2 scoops Formula 1 toffee apple cinnamon
  • 2 small scoop apple multifibre drink
  • 3 eggs
  • Add chopped apple, nectarine or fresh berries/cherries (without stone)

Fill into a stove form
Bake for approx 40min at 180 degrees

Take 6 eggs yolks mix with 6 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla shake / 3 scoops Protein Drink Mix PDM

250 ml fat free cottage cheese

2 mashed ripe banana

1 teaspoon baking powder.

Beat the egg white, so that is is stiff and fold it into the yolk and then bake it for approx 45-55 min on 180 degrees.


It will rise very high and when you take it out, it falls and it looks flat - but it is delicious and moisture and only lean protein.

1 piece is super filling. Share it or divide it into 10-12 pieces and put it in the deep freezer and you have more for later😜

250ml Yoghurt 

1 scoop PDM

2 scoop Formula 1 chocolate mix in a bowl.

Fold 1/2 cup blueberries into it and serve.

Crush 1 pack of roasted soy beans

Mix in a bowl 250ml Cottage Cheese with 2 scoops of Formula 1 Cookies and Cream,

lemon juice, some milk or water
Puree frozen fruit or frozen fruit in a blender

Fill small dessert bowl: first layer crushed soy beans,
second layer cottage cheese mix, 

third layer fruit puree

Beat 8 egg whites til stiff peak form.

Mix the yolks with half a cup of yoghurt and 1 cup of Toffee Apple Cinnamon Shake.

Fold egg whites into wet mixture.

Add 2-4 sliced green apple.

Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees until scewer comes out clean.

250ml plain low fat yogurt mix with 3 scoops of Formula 1 Chocolate

Beat 1 egg white and fold into the yogurt mix.


Enjoy as a healthy meal - gives you all the good nutrition or as a delicious dessert for your guests.



Combine the following and bake:

5 eggs

4 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 (Flavour of your choice)

123ml Lactose free, low fat milk

Grate choc chip F1 bars, mix with sugar free peanut butter and press into a glass dish as a crust.
Make a mousse with F1 Choc Mint and greek yoghurt and place a layer over the crust.
Then grated F1 choc chip bars (no peanut butter this time)
Then another layer of F1 Mousse
Repeat again
Finally end off with a grated Vanilla Almond Protein bars and some fresh mint to garnish.
Leave in fridge but serve within an hour.
I usually make just before Sunday dinner and serve directly after.
You can make these individual in smaller bowls too.

Blend 175ml warm water (60 degrees) with 3 scoops Formula 1
(for extra protein you can add 1 scoop Personalized Protein Powder or Protein Drink Mix)

After blending pour into disposable a container and put in the freezer
Keep in the freeser for 30-60 min until you have pudding texture
Cover the container and move to the fridge
Don't freeze the pudding.
