Blend 175ml warm water (60 degrees) with 3 scoops Formula 1
(for extra protein you can add 1 scoop Personalized Protein Powder or Protein Drink Mix)

After blending pour into disposable a container and put in the freezer
Keep in the freeser for 30-60 min until you have pudding texture
Cover the container and move to the fridge
Don't freeze the pudding.
