Take 6 eggs yolks mix with 6 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla shake / 3 scoops Protein Drink Mix PDM
250 ml fat free cottage cheese
2 mashed ripe banana
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Beat the egg white, so that is is stiff and fold it into the yolk and then bake it for approx 45-55 min on 180 degrees.
It will rise very high and when you take it out, it falls and it looks flat - but it is delicious and moisture and only lean protein.
1 piece is super filling. Share it or divide it into 10-12 pieces and put it in the deep freezer and you have more for later😜
