250ml Yoghurt 

1 scoop PDM

2 scoop Formula 1 chocolate mix in a bowl.

Fold 1/2 cup blueberries into it and serve.

Beat 8 egg whites til stiff peak form.

Mix the yolks with half a cup of yoghurt and 1 cup of Toffee Apple Cinnamon Shake.

Fold egg whites into wet mixture.

Add 2-4 sliced green apple.

Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees until scewer comes out clean.

250-300 ml hot water, 2 scoops of Formula 1 cookies & cream or 2 scoops of Formula Chocolate, 1-2 scoops PDM (Protein Drink Mix)

add cinnamon to taste

(Attention – don’t mix hot liquid in a shaker / when you mix in a blender hold onto the lid of the blender)
